Product Introduction
This product is suitable for the rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from plant samples, using superparamagnetic microspheres without centrifugation; the extraction can be carried out directly using a pre-made buffer and the reaction system can be adjusted according to the amount of sample added. The product is suitable for both manual extraction of small amounts of samples and high throughput operations with automated workstations. The extracted products can be used for enzyme digestion, PCR amplification, detection and other subsequent experiments.
